Chocolate Fudge Brownies
200g (7oz) Dark Chocolate (chopped)
3/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tbs Vanilla Essence
4 Eggs
1 cup plain flour (I used a gluten free flour)
1 cup chopped nuts (whatever you prefer!)
Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
Cooking time is about 20-30 mins
- Combine chocolate and butter over low heat, stir until smooth
- Add sugar, eggs & vanilla, beat until well combined
- Stir in flour and walnuts
- Bake until just cooked through, if you leave it slightly undercooked, it will remain fudgey!
